These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MeuPix app ("MeuPix" or "the app"), developed and maintained by HVCB App&Games ("developer"). By installing or using the app, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MeuPix is a personal Pix key organizer: you register your keys, give them a nickname, and generate charge QR Codes in the standard Pix format (BR Code) to share.
Important: MeuPix is not a financial institution, is not accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, does not process payments, and has no access whatsoever to bank accounts. It only builds the QR Code — the actual payment is always processed by the payer's and payee's own banks.
The developer grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own, in accordance with these Terms and the app store's policies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where permitted by law.
The app is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob (banner, native ad in the key list, and app-open ad — see the Privacy Policy for details). Ads are provided by third parties; the developer does not control and is not responsible for the content of the ads shown, nor for any products or services offered in them. No ad interferes with registering, editing or deleting your keys.
All registered keys and payments are saved exclusively on your device. There is no account, login or cloud backup at this time. Because of this:
How data is handled in the app is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
The app, including its brand, name, visual identity, code and content, belongs to the developer and is protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer to you any ownership rights over the app. The data you register is yours.
The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee that the generated QR Codes will be accepted by 100% of banking apps, or that the app will be free of errors or interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for financial losses, uncollected payments, data loss resulting from the absence of a backup, or any harm arising from use of the app, including typos in keys you registered, temporary unavailability of the app, or the content of third-party ads. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
The developer may discontinue or suspend distribution of the app or specific features, with notice through the app store when required. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
