This Privacy Policy describes how the Minhas Compras app ("Minhas Compras" or "the app"), developed and maintained by HVCB App&Games ("developer", "we"), handles user information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary: the shopping lists and items you register are stored only on your own device. We have no access to them, we do not collect them, and we do not send them to any server of ours. The only technical data collection happens through the ads shown by Google AdMob, described below.
To work, the app lets you register locally:
This information is stored exclusively in your device's local storage, in a single data file. It is never sent to the developer or to third-party servers — there is no account, login or automatic cloud backup, and the app works entirely without an internet connection. You can optionally export a backup file with this data manually — to save wherever you like or share on your own — and import it later; this export only happens when you choose to do it, never automatically.
The app lets you share a list as text or as an image, using your own system's (Android) share feature. This sharing only happens when you tap the share button and choose a destination (e.g. WhatsApp, email) — the developer has no access to that content and does not know where it was shared.
Minhas Compras is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, in five formats: banner, native ad (in the lists), interstitial, app-open ad, and rewarded ad (used to temporarily pause the other ads). To display and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect technical device data, including:
This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The developer does not receive this data in identifiable form. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
We do not sell, rent or trade your lists, items or any data registered in the app. The only sharing that exists is the technical one required for Google AdMob ads to work, described above.
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD), you have the right to confirm whether processing exists, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete data, request portability, and revoke consent. Since the app's data stays only on your device, under your direct control, you can already exercise most of these rights yourself, at any time. Minhas Compras is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Since data stays only on your device, its security also depends on the security of your own phone (screen lock, system encryption, etc.). Still, no system is 100% secure — we recommend keeping your device protected and its operating system up to date.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top.
