This Privacy Policy describes how the Me paga | Valores a receber app ("Me Paga" or "app"), developed and maintained by HVCB App&Games ("developer", "we"), handles user information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary: the sales, client and payment data you enter is stored only on your device. We don't have access to it, don't collect it, and don't send it to any server of ours. The exceptions, always under your control or disclosed below, are the optional backup to your own Google Drive and the technical data collected by the ad service (Google AdMob) on the free plan.
To work, the app lets you record locally:
This information is saved exclusively in your device's local storage. It is never sent to the developer or to third-party servers, and the app works fully offline for these purposes.
About your clients' data: when you enter information about third parties (such as a client's name and phone number), you are responsible for that data and for using it lawfully, under applicable data protection law (in Brazil, the LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The app acts only as a local note-taking tool, equivalent to a paper notebook.
Sharing at your own initiative: when you tap "Share" (for example, to send a payment reminder or the manual backup file), the app builds the text or file locally and opens Android's own share sheet — choosing the recipient (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.) and sending it are done by you, outside the app. We have no access to that content or to what you do with it afterward.
If you enable automatic backup, a copy of your data is sent to a private folder in your own Google account (the Google Drive app-data restricted area), visible only to this app. The developer has no access to that folder or to the backup content.
If you enable the app lock:
Installment due-date reminders (Premium feature) are local notifications, scheduled by the device itself. No data is sent to any server for this feature.
On the free plan, the app displays ads through the Google AdMob service. To display and measure ads, the AdMob SDK may automatically collect technical device data, including:
This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, under Google's Privacy Policy and the "How Google uses information" page. The developer does not receive this data in an identifiable form.
Consent (users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and California): if you access the app from these regions, a consent screen is shown before any personalized ad is loaded, following the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) standard. There you choose whether to accept personalized ads or prefer non-personalized ads only; your choice is saved on your device and can be reviewed at any time from the privacy settings on the ad itself (the "ⓘ" icon on the ad's corner) or by reinstalling the app.
The Premium subscription, when purchased, is processed entirely by Google Play. The developer has no access to your payment data (card, bank details, etc.) — we only receive the subscription status confirmation from Google Play. Under Brazil's LGPD (and equivalent data protection laws), you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Since the data stays on your own device, under your direct control, you can take these actions yourself within the app, at any time. The app is a sales-management tool intended for an adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We adopt reasonable protective measures: data is restricted to the app's storage on the device, the PIN is stored only as a cryptographic hash in secure storage, and backup uses Google Drive's private app-data area. That said, no system is 100% secure — we recommend keeping PIN/biometric lock enabled and your device's system up to date.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app's update description on the Play Store.
