Meu Sorteio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Meu Sorteio: Organize e Premie app ("Meu Sorteio" or "app"), developed and maintained by HVCB App&Games ("developer", "we"), handles user information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Summary: everything you type into the app (names, lists, draws and results) is stored only on your device. We have no access to this data, do not collect it and do not send it to any server. The only collection of technical data happens through the ads shown by Google AdMob, described below.

1. Data you register in the app

To work, the app lets you store locally:

This information is saved exclusively in your device's local storage. It is not sent to the developer or to third-party servers. There is no account, login or automatic cloud copy, and draws work entirely without an internet connection.

The names you type are usually other people's (friends, coworkers, students, customers). They also stay only on your device. Register only what the draw needs (a first name or a nickname, for example) and avoid adding other personal data about third parties.

2. How draws are made

Results are generated on the device itself, by the system's secure random number generator. No draw goes through a server: the developer does not see, receive or have any way to interfere with the results.

3. Importing, sharing and backup

4. External links

On the About screen, the links to this Policy and to the Terms of Use open in your device's browser. In Settings, "Avaliar na Play Store" (rate the app) and "Mais aplicativos" (more apps) open the Play Store. From there, the rules of the browser, of the Play Store and of the service hosting these pages (GitHub Pages) apply. None of your data goes with them.

5. Permissions

The app uses the internet access permission only to show ads (section 6). It has no access to the camera, contacts, microphone or precise location of the device. The vibration and sounds used during draws are local device features and can be turned off in Settings.

6. Ads (Google AdMob)

Meu Sorteio is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, in five formats: banner (on the Home, Lists and History screens), native ad (in the history and saved lists), interstitial (when leaving the result of some draws), app-open ad, and rewarded ad (used to pause the other ads for 15 minutes). To display and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect technical device data, including:

This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The developer does not receive this data in identifiable form. The names, lists and results of your draws are never sent to the ads. Where the law requires it (such as in the European Union and the United Kingdom), the app asks for your consent first. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer your names, lists, draws or results. The only sharing that exists is the technical one required for Google AdMob ads, described above.

8. What we do NOT do

9. Data retention and deletion

10. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to confirm the existence of data processing, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete data, request portability and revoke consent. Since the app's data stays only on your device and under your direct control, you already exercise these rights directly, at any time: you can edit or delete lists and draws and export everything to a backup file. For questions or requests, contact us at the e-mail at the end of this page.

11. Children

Meu Sorteio is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from any user, of any age.

12. Security

Since the data stays only on your device, its security also depends on the security of your own phone (screen lock, system encryption, etc.). Still, no system is 100% secure. We recommend keeping your device protected and its operating system up to date.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top.
