This Privacy Policy describes how the Minha Escala app ("Minha Escala" or "the app"), developed and maintained by HVCB App&Games ("developer", "we"), handles user information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary: the schedules, shifts and days you register are stored only on your own device. We have no access to them, we do not collect them, and we do not send them to any server of ours. The only technical data collection happens through the ads shown by Google AdMob, described below.
To work, the app lets you register locally:
This information is stored exclusively in your device's local storage, in a single data file. It is never sent to the developer or to third-party servers — there is no account, login or automatic cloud backup, and the app works entirely without an internet connection.
When you record a shift swap, you enter a coworker’s name. That name is another person’s data and also stays only on your device — it is not sent to us or to third parties. Only record what is necessary (a first name, for example) and avoid writing other people’s personal information in the day notes.
The pay amounts you enter (hourly rate, rate per shift, percentages and monthly workload) are used only for the app to calculate an estimate on the Hours screen. They are your financial data, stay in the same local file and never leave the device — the app does not connect to banks, payroll systems or any financial service.
If you allow it, the app schedules reminders before each shift and a notice the evening before, using Android’s own notification and alarm system. These reminders are created and triggered locally, by your device: there is no notification server, no schedule data leaves the phone, and the developer does not know when or whether a reminder was shown.
For this, the app requests the notifications and exact alarm permissions, and uses the boot permission to reschedule reminders after you restart the phone. You can refuse or revoke these permissions at any time in the Android settings — the app keeps working, just without the reminders.
The app has a "Share with friends" option, which sends a text with the store link using your own system’s (Android) share feature. This only happens when you tap that option and choose a destination (e.g. WhatsApp, email) — no schedule data is sent, and the developer does not know where it was shared.
Minha Escala is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, in five formats: banner, native ad (in the swaps list), interstitial, app-open ad, and rewarded ad (used to temporarily pause the other ads). To display and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect technical device data, including:
This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The developer does not receive this data in identifiable form. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
We do not sell, rent or trade your schedules, shifts or any data registered in the app. The only sharing that exists is the technical one required for Google AdMob ads to work, described above.
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD), you have the right to confirm whether processing exists, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete data, request portability, and revoke consent. Since the app's data stays only on your device, under your direct control, you can already exercise most of these rights yourself, at any time. For questions or requests, contact us using the email at the end of this page.
Minha Escala is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Since data stays only on your device, its security also depends on the security of your own phone (screen lock, system encryption, etc.). Still, no system is 100% secure — we recommend keeping your device protected and its operating system up to date.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top.
