PagueMe

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the PagueMe app ("PagueMe" or "the app"), developed and maintained by HVCB App&Games ("developer", "we"), handles user information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Summary: PagueMe requires no sign-up, account or login. To play as a group, the name (or nickname) you choose and the match data — balances, transfers and properties — are kept in an online room (Google Firebase), visible to anyone who has the room code. In addition, the ad service (Google AdMob) collects technical data from your device. We don't sell your data and we don't collect precise location, contacts or microphone.

1. Data you enter into the app

The app lets you create a game room or join one and record:

All money in the app is fictional and exists only inside the game. The app does not ask for or record bank details, documents, email, phone number or any real payment information.

2. How online rooms work (Firebase)

So that every player sees the same balances in real time, match data is stored in the Firebase Realtime Database, a Google service. Because of this:

Do not type sensitive personal data, passwords or real payment information into player names, room names, property names or transaction descriptions.

3. Data stored on your device

The app stores locally, in the device's own storage:

This history and these preferences stay only on your device. You can erase them by clearing the app's data (Android Settings → Apps → PagueMe → Storage) or by uninstalling it.

4. Camera (QR Code scanning)

The app requests access to the camera only to scan QR Codes — to join a room or to pay a charge made by another player. Scanning happens in real time on the device itself: images are not recorded, stored or sent. The camera is optional: if you deny the permission, you can still join a room by typing the code.

5. Sharing at your initiative

When you share the room code or the match history, the app builds the content and opens Android's own share sheet — choosing the recipient (WhatsApp, email etc.) and sending are done by you, outside the app. We have no access to what you share or to what is done with that content afterwards.

6. Ads (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows banner ads through Google AdMob, a Google service. For this, the app declares the advertising ID permission (AD_ID) and the AdMob SDK may automatically collect technical data from your device, including:

This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and the page "How Google uses information". The developer does not receive this data in an identifiable form.

7. Third-party services

The app uses the services below, each with its own privacy policy:

These services may process technical data needed for them to work, such as IP address and installation identifiers. Google's servers, including the rooms database (hosted in the United States), are located outside Brazil; processing follows Google's policies.

8. What we do NOT do

9. Retention and deletion of data

10. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD), you have the right to confirm processing, and to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data. Since the app has no accounts, to locate your data in a room we need the room code and the player name you used. Send your request to the email listed at the end of this page; we will reply within a reasonable time. You can erase local data yourself at any time (section 3).

11. Children

The app is a board game companion and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has entered data into the app, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Security

We take reasonable protective measures, such as encrypted communication with Firebase (TLS) and Google's security infrastructure. Even so, because access to a room depends only on the code and no system is 100% secure, share the code only with the people who will play and avoid entering personal data.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top. Relevant changes will be highlighted in the app's update notes on the Play Store.
